Charles Adams, Domonique Adams-Swanson and her teen child attended a Dec. 1 performance by the comedian at the  and allege Williams and his entourage lashed out when they tried to approach him for a photo after the show.

An attorney for the fans noted in court papers that Williams began swearing at the group, threatened to shoot them, and threw chairs at them as they attempted to leave, according to documents obtained by the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.

The fans required medical care following the altercation, the suit says. The couple reportedly seeks compensation for injuries and the mental anguish Williams allegedly caused.

The alleged incident at the Paramount wasn’t the extent of Williams’ issues in Seattle around that time.

The comedian was arrested for assault, harassment and obstruction after arguing with a patron, menacing a manager with a pool cue, refusing to leave a bar, and throwing a rock at a vehicle, police said. Williams recently pleaded not guilty to a claim that he’d pepper-sprayed a Los Angeles man who tried to take his picture.
