Rob Potts Reappointed To CMA Board
Sydney-based promoter Rob Potts, CEO of Rob Potts Entertainment Edge, was reappointed to the Country Music Association (CMA) board for his 13th consecutive year.
Potts is the sole Australian-based member of the board. During his tenure, Potts found opportunities for Australian acts in the U.S. market. Working with Chugg Entertainment, he expanded the international touring market for U.S. country acts downunder.
Potts also chairs the CMA Australian Advisory Group (AAG), which is made up of reps from major labels, cable TV, commercial radio, performance rights associations and the live music industry.
It provides input to CMA on the Aussie industry and on interaction between the two markets.
