Lindsey Stirling Unveils Summer Plans
Released in April 2014, Shatter Me includes the singles “Beyond the Veil,” “Master Of Tides” and “Take Flight,” along with the title track featuring Lzzy Hale.
Having already logged 45 weeks on the charts, the LP is holding steady with both dance/electronic fans and folks who are more into classical music, ranking at No. 4 and No. 2, respectively. Both groups of devotees will get the chance to enjoy some great tunes together when the electronic violinist returns to stages in North America in May.
For those who haven’t gotten the chance to experience Stirling’s tour, you’ll want to tune in to your local public television station to see “Lindsey Stirling: Live From London,” which was filmed last year at London’s Forum Theater. Check local listings for air dates/times for the TV special.
Stirling is promising North American fans a revamped production. Following a run through Latin America, she’ll play SunFest in West Palm Beach, Fla., May 1 and the Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis May 2. The U.S./Canada tour officially kicks off in Vancouver. Here’s the routing.
