The report said there are safety issues in the theater’s balcony, the stage and lobby are too small, and cited a need for more loading docks, a new fire system, dressing rooms, bathrooms, concessions, and technical upgrades, according to the Fayetteville Observer.

Officials will consider renovations that could cost up to $39 million or a new building that could cost as much as $65 million, the paper said.
