The Edge Misses The Edge
Not all went according to plan when U2 opened its “iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE” world tour at Rogers Arena in Vancouver last night. Absent from the set list was The Edge tumbling off of the stage.
The guitarist’s misstep occurred during the band’s encore, reports the BBC, which suggested he might have misjudged “the unconventional shape of the stage.”
Of course there’s video.
The Edge later posted a photo of his bruised arm on Instagram alon giwth the almost ironic message, “Didn’t see the edge, I’m ok!”
