Aussie Agencies Merge
In a set-up for an expansion into the Asian and American markets, two electronic dance music agencies have merged.
Combined, the Ministry of Sound’s Sydney-based booking, management and tour agency known as Soapbox Artists along with the newly merged Melbourne’s 360 Agency now represent some of the biggest Australian DJs and producers.
These include Timmy Trumpet, The Stafford Bros, Havana Brown, Savage, Uberjak’d, MaRLo, Bombs Away, Ruby Rose, Kronic, The Faders and SCNDL In the meantime, music marketing firm SGC Media Group and heavy rock/metal agency Collision Course struck a partnership.
Tim Price of Collision Course said SGC’s network “gives us the best opportunity to push (heavy rock) forward.”
