Honda Civic Tour Snags One Direction

Forget that the dates were announced in 2014 and have been on sale since November. 1D’s summer run through the U.S. is now called “Honda Civic Tour Presents One Direction On The Road Again,” with specially discounted four-packs going on sale tomorrow (June 2).

The excursion begins with the lads playing San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium July 9 and concludes at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass., Sept. 12. Canadian shows, such as One Direction’s July 17 gig at BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia, are not included in the tour re-branding.

While the schedule may be old news, the Honda Civic Tour handle is a recent development. Promoted exclusively by Live Nation, the Honda Civic Tour will continue its tradition of presenting a very special Honda Civic at each stop. Exclusively customized and autographed by members of One Direction, the car is part of a prize package that also includes flyaway trips to see and meet the group plus opportunities to enter additional sweepstakes held throughout the entire tour.
