Iggy Azalea Cancels Pride Performance
Iggy Azalea recently canceled a planned performance at a Pittsburgh gay pride event after criticism for perceived anti-gay and racist comments she posted on social media.

Event organizer Delta Foundation was pressured by advocacy groups to cancel Azalea’s performance over the comments and the group apologized for causing a division within the gay community.
Azalea announced June 8 that she deeply regrets making the comments, which she posted years ago in her youth, and added they aren’t reflective of her belief in equality. She also said she opted out of the performance in order to not distract from the overall event.
