Rick Ross Granted Bond

Rick Ross has been granted bond following a deal with a Fayette County, Ga., judge.

Ross, who’s facing charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery, agreed to forfeit ownership of his $5 million home if he violates conditions of his bond by intimidating a witness or obstructing justice, Atlanta’s WSB-TV reported.

The Maybach Music Group founder was arrested June 24 at his home. Arrest warrants obtained by the Atlanta Journal Constitution note that Ross and his bodyguard are accused of attacking two workers, causing extensive injuries to one man, after the men they threw a party on the property without Ross’ knowledge.

“The victim lost use of his jaw and is restricted to soft foods and liquid diet only as a result of not being able to chew food,” the papers said.

Ross was also arrested June 10 and booked on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession. A hearing for Ross and his bodyguard has been set for Aug. 13.
