Insane Clown Posse addresses the media in Detroit Jan. 8. ICP and the ACLU are suing the U.S. Justice Department because it describes the act's Juggalos fans as a dangerous group.

One man, equipped with a sign that said, “Cocaine,” was arrested for selling cocaine to an undercover detective and others. An undercover officer observed another man “sitting on an access road next to a topless female with ‘Molly for sale’ written across her chest.” The pair was arrested for possession and sales of MDMA and LSD July 24.

A third man was arrested with about 200 doses of LSD in his possession July 26, according to the Newark Advocate.

This was the 16th annual Gathering of the Juggalos, which features a variety of music headlined by Insane Clown Posse.
