Copeland announces dates for the band’s first full-fledged headline tour since the indie rock group called it quits with a farewell outing in 2010.

Since Aaron Marsh, Bryan Laurenson, Jon Bucklew and Stephen Laurenson reunited in 2014, the band has supported Paramore and done a handful of headline dates here and there, but the upcoming fall excursion is the band’s first chance to spend an extended period of time on the road with its name on the top of the ticket.

Last year’s reunion included the release of Copeland fifth full-length album, Ixora, on Tooth & Nail. This May the band put out Twin, “an alternate version of Ixora which contains alternate versions, remixes, and acoustic versions of every song from Ixora.” And for the ultimate listening experience, the band recommends playing both albums at the same time. Copeland explains that Twin was “recorded in a way that it will play in harmony with Ixora creating a 3rd ‘surround sound’ version when both versions are played in sync on two different sound systems.”

The fall tour features support from Eisley and labelmates We Are The City. Here’s the plan:
