Ron Lenyk Dies

Ron Lenyk, 68, CEO of the 1,315-capacity  in Mississauga, Ontario, died from cardiac arrest Sept. 14.

Lenyk, who was known to his contacts as Zenko, had the attack Aug. 24 but never regained consciousness.

Lenyk had a lengthy career as a sports journalist, culminating in becoming the publisher of the Mississauga News in the late ’70s. He was named CEO of the Living Arts Centre in 2011.
