Thunder Fest Refunds No Show
Ticket holders to the canceled Thunder on the Mountain country music festival in Arkansas claim they were promised refunds within 90 days.
They’re still waiting, according to a lawsuit. Attorney Nate Steel filed a class-action lawsuit against Kansas-based promoters Pipeline Productions and their partners Backwood Enterprises, The Madison Companies and Horsepower Entertainment seeking refunds for concertgoers, KHBS-TV reported.
Thunder on the Mountain, promising a star-studded line-up of artists such as Carrie Underwood and Zac Brown Band, was supposed to take place at Ozark on Mulberry Mountain June 26-28. Organizers canceled it two weeks before citing lack of funding as one of the reasons.
