Glenn Danzig faces an investigation in Montreal after allegedly attacking a fan who violated the singer’s “no photos” rule at a concert.

Fan Neil Dalton claims Danzig stopped his performance during an Oct. 18 concert to threaten him for taking photos before security dragged the man outside and beat him up, according to TMZ.

The man also alleges he was briefly let back into the show before he was taken outside again, where Danzig joined in on the attack. Police confirmed to TMZ Dalton filed a report following the show and an investigation is underway.
