Wilco Takes ‘Star Wars’ Tour Overseas

Wilco is filling up its 2016 schedule with more “Star Wars” shows. The latest announcement is a European outing that includes gigs in Denmark, Norway, Germany, Italy, France and England.

Although tickets go on sale this week, Wilco won’t land overseas for another year. Or maybe they’ll announce more dates or festival appearances. Anything could happen between now and next October. For now, the Euro tour kicks off exactly a year from today in Brussels, Belgium.

Wilco is continuing to support its ninth full-length effort, Star Wars. After the band surprised fans with a full stream of the album in July, physical copies hit record stores in the U.S. earlier this month. Vinyl will be available worldwide Oct. 30.
