Heart’s “Queens Of Sheba” Excursion
Just the thing to warm those Canadian winter evenings, the Wilson Sisters Ann and Nancy along with decibel-blaster Jett have lined up a winter run across the country beginning in British Columbia. Destinations include Vancouver, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto and Montreal.
The music timelines for both acts date back to the mid-’70s when Heart was emerging as that new band from Seattle fronted by Ann Wilson with her sister Nancy on guitar, and Jett was playing guitar in the Los Angeles-based group known as The Runaways. Years later, Jett and The Blackhearts struck chart gold with the 1982 single “I Love Rock ’n’ Roll.”
