University of Miami student Adam Levine was treated by festival personnel before paramedics were brought in, according to WTSP-TV.

“Our security personnel noticed that Adam was having difficulties and immediately called Miami Fire paramedics so medical assistance could occur,” said Ray Martinez, chief of security, told the TV station.

Levine was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died of complications after a seizure.

Meanwhile, police arrested a public transport supervisor accused of raping an inebriated woman, according to WPLG-TV.

A witness reported to police that he saw Carl Lee Wilt, 41, carrying an unconscious woman into a utility room on the first floor.

When officers arrived, they found Wilt with the woman, who was unable to tell officers what happened or how she came to be with him.

Wilt allegedly confessed to having sex with the woman knowing she was too intoxicated to make rational decisions and until she defecated upon herself, WPLG-TV reported.

He was arrested on charges of kidnapping and sexual battery on a person who was physically incapacitated.

Police arrested at least 67 people during the three-day period, 29 of them including felonies and the rest misdemeanors, WSVN-TV reported.
