More Notes In Second Octave

In California, Sonoma County-based promotion and management company Second Octave has increased its staff, adding five names to its payroll.

Second Octave is composed of partners Lee Smith, the former head of the San Francisco wing of Live Nation (aka BGP) who is now running Prescient Entertainment, as well as former VP of Bill Graham Presents Morty Wiggins and Steve Senk, formerly of Live Nation and Sony Music.
