Sheffield Arena Turns 25

Justin Bieber, Lionel Richie and Bryan Adams are among the acts to perform in Sheffield Arena’s 25th anniversary year.

Sheffield Arena took the stage as part of his Born at the Right Time tour. More than 16 million people have since visited the 13,000-seat arena to see more than 3,000 events.

Two other important venues in Sheffield turn 25 this year as well: Ponds Forge International Sports Centre and Hillsborough Leisure Centre. All three venues are operated by SIV, a subsidiary of Sheffield City Trust.
