LN’s Raleigh Venue Gets New Name

Live Nation and Coastal Federal Credit Union announced a naming rights deal April 28. 

The multi-year contract states the name of the largest outdoor amphitheatre in Raleigh, N.C., will be Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek.

The venue was built by the City of Raleigh and opened in 1991. The average yearly attendance is 300,000 with an average of 20 events a year according to Live Nation.

Acts scheduled to play this season include Miranda Lambert, Widespread Panic, Toby Keith, Gwen Stefani, and
