Bonnaroo Announces Schedule For 2016 Installment

Tennessee’s Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival is set to host over 80,000 campers for this year’s shindig, with the 10 stages of entertainment, abundant acres of nature and activities such yoga and water slides. Headliners this year include Pearl JamLCD SoundsystemJ. ColeEllie GouldingDead & CompanyMacklemore & Ryan LewisTame ImpalaDeath Cab For CutieChris Stapleton and Chvrches.

On the comedy bill this year are Judd ApatowAdam DevineVanessa BayerPete DavidsonBridgett EverettRachel Feinstein and Piff the Magic Dragon, all of whom will be performing at the Comedy Theatre, which is sponsored by TBS. Most comedians are offering multiple sets and are booked in blocks of 3 to 5 performers. Adam Devine is featured throughout Sunday June 11, Judd Apatow is on Saturday June 10 and Pete Davidson and Vanessa Bayer will be performing Friday, June 9.

The stages have a number of confusing names: What Stage, Which Stage, This Tent, That Tent, The Other Tent and Who stage will all be hosting musical performances. Many of the headlining artists will be playing on the stages. Snake & Jake’s Christmas Club Barn will be hosting a number of raves and themed dance-party events, including takeovers from Full Service Party each night.

GoldlinkCashmere CatBørns and Twin Peaks are playing on Thursday, June 9, although only the tents are open for musical performances on that day.

Friday, June 10 features Chvrches, J. Cole and LCD Soundsystem all on the What Stage, with Zeds Dead, Tame Impala and Blood Orange taking on sets until 3 a.m.

Saturday, June 10 will be the busiest night of the festival, but the stages and tents will be mostly empty while Pearl Jam performs its two-hour set on the What Stage. Ellie Goulding, Lamb of GodMiguel and RL Grime also play on Saturday.

The final night of the festival will feature two sets by Dead & Company, occupying a four-hour block on the What Stage. WeenThird Eye BlindDeath Cab For Cutie and X Ambassadors will all also be performing on that evening.
