The Faint, Gang Of Four Team Up For Tour
The trip kicks off Sept. 29 in Minneapolis and consists of 23 shows, the last being in The Faint’s native Omaha, Neb. Oct. 31.
“We are so psyched to play shows with Gang Of Four this fall,” The Faint frontman Todd Fink said. “They’ve been a long time influence on The Faint. Life is insane.”
Gang of Four, which has been around since the ’70s, has influenced many musicians over the years with its bouncy basslines and politically-minded lyrics.
The Faint recently released a new single, titled “Young & Realistic,” which Fink describes as “pretty song-y for club music and pretty clubby for indie/punk, this one falls right in the sweet spot.”
