One Love Festival 2016 Canceled

One Love was originally scheduled to take place July 17. Due to the unrest over that weekend, many flights were canceled, preventing artists from getting to the festival site Parkorman in Istanbul. Even at the end of July, promoters were still trying to reschedule.

“We are looking at new dates but early to say yet, coordinating with brand partners as well,” a representative told Pollstar at the time.

But a statement on the festival’s website reads as follows: “One Love Festival is cancelled due to availability problems on the schedules of artists and groups.
