Madison House Expansion
Madison House added to its Boulder, Colo., base with the hiring of two veteran agents who are operating out of offices in Ann Arbor, Mich., and Nashville.

Adam Bauer, former president of Fleming Artists, is leading the Ann Arbor office. Jordan Burger is also a veteran of Fleming Artists as well as UTA and New Musicquarium, and has keys to the Nashville office.
The additions to the Madison House roster are significant, with nearly 50 artists joining the roster. Some are Carbon Leaf, Civil Twilight, Colin Hay, Emerson Hart, Grant Lee Buffalo, Mike + The Mechanics, Lucy Kaplansky, The Verve Pipe, Toad the Wet Sprocket, and Willie Porter.
“We see the addition of these two talented agents to the Madison House family as an opportunity to both bolster current genres represented by the agency and develop new ones, Madison House partner Jesse Aratow said.
Cofounder Nadia Prescher added that the hirings will expand the reach of the company.
