Bieber May Suspend European Tour For Court Appointment

A Miami judge ordered Justin Bieber to appear in court for a hearing regarding a 2014 altercation between one of his bodyguards and a photographer.

News reports from Sept. 29 state that Justin Bieber was ordered by Judge Jerald Bagley to appear in Miami-Dade Circuit Court within 30 days, which would interfere with his current European tour schedule. He’s scheduled to play Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom in October, before visiting Ireland, Austria, Croatia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal in November.

As things stand, no cancellations have been communicated to the public. A Pollstar request for clarification sent to AEG Live Europe remains unanswered. Bieber will be back in Miami for a New Year’s Eve show on Dec. 31. It remains to be seen if the judge will show patience, though, as Bieber already postponed the court date twice, according to the Miami Herald.
