Partybaby, Potty Mouth Co-Headline National Tour
Change your diapers and wash your mouth out with soap, because Partybaby and Potty Mouth are headed to a club near you with a “Mouthbaby” tour that kicks off next month.
Partybaby is high energy indie-rock that genre enthusiasts will definitely not want to miss. Spin called them one of the “Five Best Things We Saw on Day One” of SXSW 2016.
This video for “Overload” shows that, while the music may be something more modern, indie rock can still have the same youthful intensity of punk, alternative and grunge bands of old.
The band only formed last year, but already has a full-length LP, The Golden Age of Bullshit, and dropped another EP of alternate mixes in December, titled Versions.
Pottymouth is a pop punk outfit from Northampton, Mass., that is now based in Los Angeles. The band consists of three female members, and formed in 2011. These ladies’ attitude set them apart, as they are playing their own instruments and singing the vocals in a genre that is overwhelmingly dominated by men. The routing moves the bands through clubs around the country, eventually ending with three nights in California.
