AEG Takes The Fifth

AEG Live is taking the fifth – the fifth floor that is – of 53 W. 23rd street in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood.

The company reportedly signed a 15-year lease for 28,128 square feet in the building at $66 per square foot. Put your calculator away, that totals out to $1,856,448.

The company’s New York properties include Terminal 5, the Music Hall of Williamsburg and the Bowery Presents.

In addition to the new space, AEG also has about 10,000 square feet at 145 W. 45th Street in NYC.
