RBC Bluesfest Announces Star-Studded Lineup

Ottawa’s RBC Bluesfest has gathered talent from across the musical spectrum for its 2017 edition, boasting Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Muse, Pink, LCD Soundsystem, Flume, Toby Keith, and 50 Cent.

“To celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary, we’ve put together one of our best lineups ever . . . and one of Ottawa’s favourite sons (Dan Aykroyd) seems to agree,” festival executive and artistic director Mark Monahan said.

The lineup poster includes a quote from Aykroyd, aka Elwood Blues, declaring, “A world-class lineup!”

This year’s long list of acts includes Jake Owen, Fetty Wap, Gary Clark Jr., The Shins, Melissa Etheridge, Lil Yachty, Tegan and Sara,

RBC Bluesfest is hosting a presale that starts Feb. 23 at 10 a.m. EST. The general onsale begins Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. Ticket options include youth festival wristbands, single-day passes, “Pick-3 passes,” weekend one or weekend passes, and Club VIP passes.
