Colossal Clusterfest Unveils Lineup

Jerry Seinfeld, Kevin Hart, and Bill Burr top the bill of the inaugural edition of Comedy Central Presents Colossal Clusterfest in San Francisco.

The event will be held in the Civic Center Plaza and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium June 2-4. Sarah Silverman, Hannibal Buress, and Fred Armisen are also set to share their comedy stylings. Ice Cube, Tegan and Sara, Vince Staples, Princess featuring Maya Rudolph and Gretchen Lieberum, and Chromeo are among the artists providing the music for the event.

In total, the shindig will include five stages with more than 50 comedians and many bands, including a “Comics To Watch” showcase featuring up-and-comers. The event is also going to feature interactive attractions related to the shows “South Park,” “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” and “Seinfeld.” These events will recreate settings and food from the shows.

The event is a collaboration between Comedy Central and Superfly in association with Another Planet Entertainment, the latter two being promoters of San Francisco’s annual event Outside Lands.

“Colossal Clusterfest will be a massive, shared, fan-focused comedy experience – the biggest ever produced – and we are thrilled to join forces with Superfly to launch this unprecedented comedy festival in the great city of San Francisco,” Comedy Central president Kent Alterman said. “Clusterfest will celebrate comedy in all its various forms. From headliners to comics-to-watch to podcasters to sketch to improv, fans of comedy are in store for an immersive experience that not only connects them to their favorite comedy stars, but also provides fantastic opportunities for discovery.”
