Demon Dayz: Gorillaz Return With Own Festival

Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, the masterminds behind the animated Gorillaz band, have announced a new festival called Demon Dayz, which will premiere at Dreamland amusement park in Margate, England, June 10.

Gorillaz will headline “an eclectic line-up to be announced soon,” the official announcement by promoter AEG Presents/Goldenvoice reads.

It will mark the band’s first UK show since its sold-out Plastic Beach World tour in 2010.

Demon Dayz will feature three stages and be broadcast live by Red Bull.
