A man called saying he had a bomb inside the arena, Miami Police told WTVJ-TV, and the building was cleared out for a search by the police bomb squad and K9 unit.

The search turned up no threat and authorities were able to give the all-clear and reopen the arena. The scheduled 7 p.m. presentation of “Disney on Ice,” the No. 1 worldwide tour of the first quarter based on ticket sales, was able to resume later in the evening.

AmericanAirlines Arena said via social media that customers unable to stay for the delayed performance were offered an opportunity to exchange their tickets for shows April 9, or any future Feld Entertainment show at the venue.
