Get Ready For Fyre Festival 2018!

The organizer of the disastrous Fyre Festival luxury event released a statement of apology and explanation April 29, but everybody will be happy to know that they’re coming back next year.

The Bahamas festival was a mess by anyone’s standards, complete with alleged roving bands of thieves and feral dogs.

The festival has become legendary quickly, with Seth Rogen tweeting that he is in the process of making a movie that mirrors the event.

However, if one reads seven paragraphs into the statement, organizers say that “something amazing happened” with “venues, bands and people” ready to support the experience.

“After speaking with our potential partners, we have decided to add more seasoned event experts to the 2018 Fyre Festival, which will take place at a United States beach venue.”

The statement adds that “all festival goers this year will be refunded in full” and “will have free VIP passes to next year’s festival.”
