Chelsea Chinery, Shannon McAuliffe and Desiree Flores have contracted the services of attorney John Girardi and have filed suit against Ja Rule, Billy McFarland and Fyre Media for the experience that failed to deliver proper accommodations, food, transportation, or any of the promised music, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

This is the second suit against organizers, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court May 2. The first was filed May 1 by noted attorney Mark Geragos.

This newer suit reportedly focuses on how attendees were deceived by the festival’s social-media campaign, which consisted of endorsements from “influencers” like models and socialites, as participants didn’t understand that the endorsers were paid.

The plaintiffs are seeking an injunction to bar the defendants from repeating the offenses, plus compensation for damages.

The company has been sending cease and desist letters to attendees criticizing the company online, claiming false statements might be stirring up trouble, according to Forbes
