Courtney Barnett Teams With Kurt Vile
Courtney Barnett and Kurt Vile have a collaborative album on the way and the two are also plotting a tour with their band The Sea Lice. Appearing on the dates as a special guest is Jen Cloher.

The dates start Oct. 11 in San Diego and continue more than a month, ending in Austin, Texas, Nov. 17. Cities like Los Angeles, Seattle, and Chicago all get multiple shows in the routing.
The set will consists of tunes from the album, which is due out later this year, and songs from each artist’s catalog.
Vile described the show as “A cookin’ band and an intercontinental country duo for the ages – minus the country.”
A dollar from each ticket sold will go toward supporting the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
Tickets to the shows go on sale June 9 at 10 a.m. local time.
