Skrillex Demands Psychiatric Evaluation In Fan Suit

A fan suing Skrillex for jumping on top of her at a concert and subsequently causing a seizure may have to undergo psychiatric evaluation before the case can progress.

The incident took place at The Belasco in Los Angeles in February of 2012 and has resulted in a lawsuit that has been ongoing since 2014.

Skrillex now wants the court to mandate that the plaintiff undergo psychiatric examination but the fan, Jennifer Fraissl, is saying she has already done her own exams, according to TMZ. 

She is reportedly suing for damages related to loss of income and medical expenses.
