Lloyd’s Fires Back At Kanye
A Lloyd’s of London syndicate filed a counterclaim against Kanye West, claiming that it should not be responsible for indemnifying Very Good Touring for West’s 2016 cancellations because of irregularities in his medical condition and noncooperation in an investigation.

West’s is suing several Lloyd’s syndicates for the $10 million he says VGT incurred from the canceled portions of the Saint Pablo Tour.
While not wanting to reveal the medical details it found unusual, Lloyd’s indicated that clauses in its insurance contract with West related to drugs, alcohol or preexisting psychological conditions absolved it of responsibility, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
West was checked into Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles for stress and exhaustion Nov. 21, days after walking out of a performance in Sacramento just four songs-in, delivering the now infamous rant that touched on Donald Trump, Jay-Z and radio.
