Phish Floats Into MSG For NYE
Phish had such a delicious time playing its “Baker’s Dozen” residency that the band is headed back to Madison Square Garden to celebrate New Year’s Eve.
The four-night run at the famed New York City venue is scheduled Dec. 28-31. The new gigs will bring Phish’s total number of performances at MSG to 56.

The New Year’s Eve gigs are currently the band’s only upcoming dates.
Fans can request tickets online at Tickets.Phish.com until Oct. 2 at 10 a.m. EDT at Tickets.Phish.com. Travel packages go on sale Sept. 22 at 12 p.m. EDT with proceeds benefiting The WaterWheel Foundation. Tickets go on sale to the general public Oct. 6 at 12 p.m. EDT.
Just like the Baker’s Dozen shows, all floor tickets will be sold as general admission.
Madison Square Garden honored Phish in August with a banner commemorating its 13-show Baker’s Dozen Residency, a move that put the band in good company with tributes to the venue’s home teams, the NHL’s New York Rangers and NBA’s New York Knicks, and signs honoring MSG franchise artist Billy Joel. The band treated audience members by not repeating a single song during the residency for a total of 237 tunes.
Phish also celebrated New Year’s Eve at the Garden in 2016, 2015, 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010.
