Zifarelli told Pollstar that Dallas Green, the name behind City And Colour, initially set out to do 25 boutique amphitheatre dates, but they couldn’t find the right package. Zifarelli said he could even have done more in many markets, but let’s give the guy a break: “He’s done” for the year, Zif says. Green is reportedly back home in Toronto ready to watch the Raptors play basketball.

Close behind at No. 91 was the AFI / Circa Survive tour, which wrapped in August. The tour grossed an average $50,218 per night, with 14 Pollstar box office reports.
