Every Time I Die Member Sued For Stepping On Head

A fan is suing Every Time I Die guitarist Jordan Buckley after he allegedly stage dived onto her head.

Tonya Ross told Detroit’s WXYZ 7 she was attending the band’s Aug. 17 concert at the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac, Mich. when Buckley jumped off the stage without warning and landed on her head. She said she suffered “catastrophic injuries.”

Ross went to her physician the day after the concert and discovered that she “suffered a concussion and neck fracture,” and will need to attend “ongoing physical therapy and medical appointments.”

It is not clear if Ross is suing the Crofoot Ballroom as well.
