Marshall Marion Wilson, 34, is charged with shooting 22-year-old Daquan Foster outside Latitude 84 nightclub Oct. 29, according to KOMO-TV.
Foster was leaving the nightclub with his wife early Sunday morning when he and Wilson apparently got into a fight, after which the promoter and his associates allegedly pulled out a firearm, chased the couple and began shooting, killing the Joint Base Lewis-McChord soldier, News Tribune reported.
Wilson reportedly pleaded not guilty at his arraignment, saying he has post-traumatic stress disorder and does not remember the events of the night in question.
