Halsey walked off the stage midway through her performance at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Nov. 14 after learning of a family emergency, and did not return.

She postponed the following night’s show at Rogers Place in Edmonton. Tickets to the Saddledome show were refunded.

“This is breaking my heart but I have to take a few days to gain my composure so I can put on the best show possible in Minneapolis and finish out the tour with a bang,” she said in a statement but added that the rest of the tour would continue as planned.

The next scheduled show at press time was Nov. 18 at St. Paul’s Xcel Energy Center.

Halsey has been nominated as a Best New Headliner for the Pollstar Awards, which were released today. Her headline performances average $147,886 of the 108 shows reported with a total gross of more than $5.3 million.

She was the Hotstar feature of Pollstar’s August 21, 2015 magazine.
