Callahan-Longo has more than 25 years of executive experience in the music and entertainment business, working across artist management, radio/video promotion, radio marketing and production.

She was instrumental in the growth of Parkwood Entertainment, the management, music and production company founded by Beyoncé in 2010. While at Parkwood, Callahan-Longo not only oversaw Beyoncé’s 2013 Super Bowl performance but also three world tours, all of which catapulted the singer into the Top 5 of Pollstar’s Year End Worldwide Tours charts in each year.

In 2013, the year Beyoncé’s “The Mrs. Carter Show” world tour kicked off, the superstar landed second, grossing $188.6 million.

In 2014, she went on a tour with husband Jay-Z, dubbed “On The Run.” It ran between June and September, and grossed $109.7 million.

The accompanying HBO film “Beyoncé & Jay Z: On The Run” also earned Callahan-Longo an Emmy nomination as executive producer.  The “Formation” world tour between April and October 2016 grossed $256.2 million and placed Beyoncé at No. 2 , just behind Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band

Callahan-Longo didn’t just oversee Beyoncé’s tours, she also spearheaded the production of music videos and feature films, as well as all single and album releases, including the self-titled Beyoncé, the artist’s fastest-selling album to date. Callahan-Longo spent last year consulting with artists such as Solange, as well as variety of TV and music related projects.

At Maverick, Callahan-Longo continues to work with big names, including U2, Paul McCartney, Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, Miley Cyrus, Lil Wayne, Jason Aldean, Jill Scott, The Roots, Fifth Harmony, Rascal Flatts, and others.

“We are thrilled to have Lee Anne join Maverick,” said company principal Guy Oseary, adding, “her commitment to clients and ability to create next level artist experiences and business opportunities makes her the perfect fit for our team.”

Gee Roberson, partner at Maverick, said: “Lee Anne has been a force in the industry for many years, and her innovative projects have caught our attention time and time again. Her vision and work ethic meld perfectly with the Maverick team, and I’m excited to see what we accomplish together.”

Callahan-Longo commented: “I am excited to join the team at Maverick! The team is an innovative and collaborative collective that represents some of the most talented artists in the world. Working together, we all have access to new ideas and are well poised to maximize opportunities. I’m looking forward to building my business and contributing to the collective for years to come.”
