Brilliant Corners Management Launches
Zeitgeist Artist Management, Barsuk Artist Management and Lever and Beam are joining to form Brilliant Corners Management.
The announcement was made Dec. 5 by Zeitgeist’s Jordan Kurland and Joe Goldberg, David “Boche Billions” Viecelli and Alex Kadvan of Lever and Beam, and Barsuk’s Josh Rosenfeld.
The company’s client roster includes St. Vincent, Death Cab For Cutie, Ought, Best Coast, Bob Mould, Phantogram and Toro Y Moi.
The move has been in the making for years.
“For a long time, Joe and I were evaluating how best to expand Zeitgeist in the midst of the rapidly changing music industry,” Kurland said in a statement. “We kept coming to our concept of building a new company, one that would allow us to provide more services for our clients without sacrificing the fabric of what has made Zeitgeist unique. Thankfully, Bosche, Alex and Josh, all managers whom we hold in high esteem and with whom we share similar philosophies, had been thinking along the same lines.”

“Alex and I found our focused and artist-centric approach reflected in our new partners’ endeavors and, together with them, recognized the opportunity to build a unique and progressive management community,” Viecelli added. “Our Brilliant Corners founding partners, along with our strong bicoastal team, are committed to honest and collaborative representation of artists via widely shared resources and experience.”
Besides management services, the company also features marketing and touring departments.
Brilliant Corners’ leadership has experience in various facets of the music industry. Viecelli founded The Billions Corporation, Rosenfeld co-founded Barsuk Records and Kurland co-founded and promotes San Francisco’s Treasure Island Music Festival and Noise Pop Festival.
