Vivid Seats Names Geoff Lester Chief Commercial Officer

Vivid Seats has hired former StubHub executive Geoff Lester as chief commercial officer.

Lester has spent about 20 years in e-commerce, including eight years with StubHub in partnerships and business development, where he was responsible for managing 150 sports and entertainment accounts.

Most recently, Lester served as senior vice president of global solutions at Fox Networks Group.

He also held multiple roles at NASCAR across broadcasting, digital media and marketing. Lester will work in Los Angeles for Chicago-based Vivid Seats and report directly to Eric Vassilatos, the company’s co-founder.

Over the past few years, Vivid Seats has signed secondary ticketing deals with the Los Angeles Rams, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers and Cleveland Browns, and its college clients include Notre Dame, Duke and Tennessee.
