Rapper Kodak Black was arrested Jan. 18 following a live stream from his house in Florida that allegedly shows people with marijuana and a handgun around a baby.
Broward County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested the performer, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, while executing a search warrant at the home. He was held without bail because he was already on probation and more drugs and weapons were found during the search, the arrest report says.
Octave faces seven felony charges including grand theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, marijuana possession and child neglect.
The rapper has been jailed several times before for violating probation and is also accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a South Carolina hotel room in 2016.
Octave played two headline shows in December that had average ticket sales of 1,688 and average reported gross of $74,146, according to Pollstar box office reports. He was also a support act on Future’s 2017 headline tour of festivals and arenas.
