Jackson Browne Locks Down Western States Routing

Jackson Browne’s newly announced concerts will take the traveling troubadour through Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and California.
The newest crop of dates for the “Running On Empty” singer will feature Browne appearing with his band – Bob Glaub (bass), Mauricio Lewak (Drums), Val McCallum (guitar), Alethea Mills (Vocals), Chavonne Stewart (vocals), Jeff Young (keyboards), and the acclaimed multi-instrumentalist Greg Leisz (guitar, lap steel, pedal steel).
The July-August run begins in San Diego and includes a night at the beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colo., near Denver; Outlaw Field at Idaho Botanical Garden in Boise; and the Vina Robles Amphitheatre in Paso Robles, Calif. One night at the Santa Barbara Bowl followed by a gig at Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre wrap up the journey.
Browne wrapped up 2017 in New York, where he joined Ani DiFranco, Dr. John, Sandra Bernhard and others for Cyndi Lauper & Friends “Home For The Holidays” at the Beacon Theatre in New York. The superb singer/songwriter’s recent headline dates include a sold-out January evening at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Fla., where fans snatched up all 2,065 tickets, grossing $196,694. Boxoffice reports submitted to Pollstar for 2017 show the artist averaging 2,645 tickets per night, resulting in a total gross over $2.8 million.
