Jay-Z and Beyoncé Plot Global ‘OTR II’ Stadium Tour

Music’s top power couple has put together a massive tour of stadiums that includes 15 cities across the U.K. and Europe and 21 in North America. Presales for Jay-Z and Beyoncé begin this week, general onsales next week.

Presented by Live Nation Global Touring in association with Parkwood Entertainment and Roc Nation, OTR II lifts off June 6 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.  With cities including London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Warsaw, Rome, Barcelona and Paris, the European portion of the adventure concludes July 17 at Allianz Riviera in Nice, France.

The North American leg launches July 25 at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio.  The schedule running until Oct. 2 when the tour concludes at BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia, includes U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis; Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans; Ford Field in Detroit; Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens and Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.

The last time Beyoncé and Jay-Z shared the ticket was the stadium-filled 2014 On The Run tour.  All shows reported to Pollstar were sold-out, including two nights at San Francisco’s AT&T Park where the couple sold more than 73,000 tickets and grossed $8,887,539.

Members of the Beyhive as well as Tidal subscribers will be able to purchase tickets during a presale beginning March 14 at 9 a.m. in North America and 10 a.m. in the United Kingdom.

As the tour’s official credit card, Citi’s presale begins March 14 at 12 p.m. and runs through March 17 at 5 p.m. for shows going on sale March 19 in the U.S., Europe and U.K.  The Citi presale for remaining concerts in U.K. as well as dates in Sweden and Poland begins March 19 at 12 p.m. and runs through March 22 at 5 p.m. before going on sale to the general public March 23.  All times local.
