Lenore Kinder Joins Paradigm Nashville Office

Veteran concert promoter Lenore Kinder joins Paradigm’s Nashville office effective April 2, after a decade at AEG Presents where she grew the touring careers of artists including Mumford & Sons, Adele, Imagine Dragons and others. 

“I’m thrilled to start a new chapter of my career at Paradigm,” Kinder said in a statement. “The last decade in the industry has prepped me to take my love for artist development to the next level. The office in Nashville has captured lightning in a bottle and I’m honored to join their team.”

Paradigm CEO Sam Gores said, “As we continue to forge our own path as a company and stake out claim as the most progressive agency in Nashville, it’s uniquely talented people like Lenore Kinder that will enhance our outstanding team and help bring that vision to life.”

While Kinder was honored as Rising Star at the Pollstar Awards in Los Angeles Feb. 8, Paradigm was named Agency of the year, and the Nashville office’s Joe Atamian was named Third Coast Agent of the year as well. 

Kinder was also named the 2017 ACM Award for Talent Buyer of the Year, and is a voting member of the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music and the Americana Music Association.
