StubHub Names New President, Sukhinder Singh To Run Resale Site
StubHub has named Sukhinder Singh Cassidy as president of the secondary ticketing powerhouse, effective May 2.

Singh Cassidy takes over for Scott Cutler, who was recently promoted to SVP and head of eBay’s Americas business unit. She will report directly to eBay CEO Devin Wenig out of StubHub’s San Francisco headquarters.
“Sukhinder is a strong, dynamic leader who has founded and grown online marketplaces throughout her career,” Wenig said in a statement. “She is the right leader to lay the foundation for long term growth and continue StubHub’s international expansion while delivering outstanding fan experiences.”
Singh Cassidy’s previous experience includes founding companies like theBoardlist and Joyus, and working as CEO of Polyvore, leadership positions at Google and time with Amazon and Merrill Lynch. She will remain on the board of directors of Urban Outfitters and Chairman of theBoardlist.
StubHub was purchased by eBay in 2007 and now has partnerships with teams in the MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS and NCAA as well as with AEG, AXS and Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement.
