Carlos Vives hits the high note during his show at Bellco Theatre in Denver July 20.
The “Vives Tour” will see the Latin star moving up the East Coast, starting in Orlando, Fla., Sept. 14. A second Florida stop is in Miami and then Vives leaves to Houston Sept. 27 and wraps up at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., Sept. 29.
Presales for Miami start April 18 and the rest of the markets April 19, and the general onsales begin April 20.
“Oh my God, it can’t be, I am so happy to come back on tour in the U.S.,” Vives said in a press release.
The music will be a mix of new stuff from his most recent album Vives, and classic hits.
Vives also has a number of dates lined up in Mexico this month and has a run planned through Europe in the summer and a gig planned in Israel July 31.
Vives did a number of theatres last year, but the markets he is strong in, he is very strong in. He filled AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami May 13 last year, moving 13,478 tickets for a gross of $1.2 million, his biggest night of 2017 by far.
